I Spent Years Searching for Answers...
For much of my life, I searched for answers that could help me better understand myself, my emotions and why I experienced life the way I did.
That search took me through religion, decades of on-and-off counseling, spirituality, personal development, emotional healing and years of independent research—all in an effort to make sense of what I was feeling.
Well & Thriving grew from what I learned along the way and my desire to create the kind of guidance I wish I’d had when I was trying to figure it all out.

My search started early...
In middle school, I began experiencing emotions I didn’t fully understand. I wanted something—or someone—to help me make sense of what I was feeling.
For years, I looked for answers. Some things helped, but the guidance often felt fragmented. I would find one helpful piece here and another there, without a clear way to connect them.
Later in life, my search expanded into spirituality. For me, this language felt more like home. Little by little, the pieces of my life began to make more sense.
The question that changed everything...
Throughout my search for inner peace and transformation, I often wondered why I felt things so deeply, why certain experiences affected me more intensely than they seemed to affect others and why I sometimes felt misunderstood when I tried to talk about it with friends and family.
Eventually, I stopped asking, “What is wrong with me?” and began asking, “What is all of this trying to teach me?”
That question changed the way I related to myself. It helped me replace judgment with curiosity. I began trusting my intuition and eventually, learning how to see my experiences from a different perspective.
I realized information wasn't what I was missing...
As I moved through my own awakening journey, I realized there wasn’t a lack of information. If anything, there was too much of it.
What I was missing was a clear, supportive path to help me connect what I was learning with what I was experiencing—and understand what it meant for my everyday life.
I knew I couldn’t be the only person searching for that kind of guidance.
That realization became one of the seeds for Well & Thriving.
Creating what I wish I had...
I began creating the kinds of resources I wish I’d had during some of the most confusing periods of my life—guided tools to help people understand what they’re experiencing, reflect more deeply and a supportive next step.
At first, much of this work centered on spiritual awakening because that was the language that helped me understand my own journey.
Then I realized something important: not everyone reaches a turning point through spirituality.
Sometimes it begins with grief, divorce, a career change, emotional overwhelm or the realization that the life you’ve been living no longer feels like your own.
You may call it healing, personal growth, a life transition or spiritual awakening. The path may look different, but many of the questions are the same.
Developing one connected journey for different life paths...
If you're like me, I began my personal growth journey by asking:
Why am I feeling this way?
Who am I now?
What do I need?
What am I ready to release?
What matters to me now?
Where do I go from here?
It's these type of questions that became the heart of Well & Thriving.
Because no matter what brings us to this point, most of us are trying to do something deeply human: understand ourselves, heal what needs healing, grow into who we’re becoming and create a life that feels more like our own.
If something I’ve learned along the way can make someone else’s journey feel a little less confusing, more supported and far less lonely, then Well & Thriving is doing exactly what I created it to do.
